LAMTEC Walldorf and Leipzig finally united

We are pleased to announce an important milestone in the continued development of our company:

2026-01-01 - LAMTEC Walldorf and LAMTEC Leipzig have officially merged to form LAMTEC GmbH & Co. KG.

The management of the new company will continue to be led by our managing partners:

• Hans-Jürgen Altendorf
• Ralf Lakatos
• Olaf Winne

Together, they will continue to shape the future of LAMTEC and drive our strategic direction forward.
