What is the BurnerControl MCC-BC400 burner control unit?
The MCC-BC400 is a burner control unit for oil, gas, and dual-fuel burners. It controls and monitors burners of any capacity in both intermittent and continuous operation. The BC400 is a preconfigured MCC from the CMS system that functions exclusively as a burner control unit. The BC400 comes preconfigured and is therefore ready for plug-and-play use. The BC400 can be easily adapted to meet other customer-specific requirements.
The MCC-BC400 allows for various configurations to adapt to the specific application and is therefore capable of replacing various combustion controllers available on the market. The integrated Modbus TCP interface enables easy signal exchange and can reduce wiring effort as well as save space in the control cabinet.
MCC-BC400 comes in 3 fuel-dependent variants:
- Gas operation BC410
- Oil operation BC420
- Dual-fuel operation BC430
Available flame monitoring:
- With internal ionization monitoring in combination with ionization electrode
- With internal optical monitoring in combination with FFS07 or FFS08
- Flame monitoring via digital input, for example with F200K or F300K

The Burnercontrol MCC-BC400 is a modern and powerful burner control unit. Its flexibility allows for various configurations, making it suitable for replacing a wide range of proven third-party products. In addition to the standard configurations for gas (BC410), oil (BC420), and dual-fuel burners (BC430), there are other configurations that can replicate the functions of the following automatic burner controllers.
